The Halifax and Dartmouth real estate market continues to show steady activity this fall. In October, 490 new homes were listed, bringing the total number of homes for sale to 1,034. With 382 pending sales, buyers are still active in the market despite the seasonal slowdown.

Homes are also holding their value, selling for an average of 96.4% of the original listing price, which reflects a balanced and confident market for both buyers and sellers.
